Daytime meetings in a large, light, well-equipped workshop where adults can create, learn and practice working in wood. Fine Artists as well Crafts People are invited to use the facilities to whatever aspect they need to fulfil their personal creative aims.

Beginners as well as experienced wood creatives are very welcome. We are a diverse group who can help new members with informal technical and practical guidance.

The workspace has a wide range of machinery, woodworking hand tools and our own wood stocks that are available. All aspects of woodworking are possible from the usual - carving, turning, sculpture through to furniture designs and restoration projects - if it involves using wood this is the place.

Currently we open from 9.30am - 3.30pm on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays.
Numbers permitting, we are also considering opening on other days and possibly evenings or weekends to give working people the chance to get creative and join us - if you are interested please call to arrange a visit when we are open and have a look around and gather more information. We will also open our workshop for community projects from building bird boxes, signage and a multitude of creative ideas to be made in wood.
